Prior to founding Of Record, Sarah worked at Omidyar Network (Pierre Omidyar's innovative foundation that makes non-profit grants as well as private-sector social venture capital) in the "emerging technologies" investment group. Before that she was a Strategic Advisor to Public Knowledge, a Washington DC-based non-profit working to protect the public interest in technology and information policy. She has also worked for Google, doing technology policy work, and Amazon.com. After her second year of law school she was a Summer Associate at Fenwick and West.
Sarah's undergraduate degree is in fine art, and she did graduate work toward a J.D./M.B.A. at U.C. Berkeley.

Lloyd has 31 years experience coding infrastructure and web applications for real-time global information delivery systems, focusing on Wall Street clients such as Barclays Capital, Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, Credit Suisse First Boston, and a variety of hedge funds. His undergraduate degree is in mathematics.

Andrew Boardman designs custom interfaces for information delivery to fit our client's aesthetics and enable them to process lots of information quickly.
Andrew is an experienced information designer and the Principal at Manoverboard. He designed the website for Barney's (the NYC-based department store), Acumen Fund, and Generation Investment Management (Al Gore's financial services firm), among many others.
